How we work
Grounds maintenance is easy. Being accountable is not.
Most contractors can mow, edge, prune and blow down to an acceptable standard. What property and strata managers struggle to buy is visibility — proof the work happened, and early warning when something on site is turning into a problem. That gap is the whole reason this business is built the way it is.
Show the work
Every visit is photographed and logged. If it is not documented, as far as your owners are concerned it did not happen.
Tell you before you ask
Defects, hazards, access problems and scope creep get reported in writing, on the day, whether or not there is anything in it for us.
Price honestly and hold it
Quotes reflect real time and real cost. We do not buy work cheaply and claw it back through variations later.
Stay inside our cover
Work beyond our insurance or competence is subcontracted to a properly insured specialist, not attempted and hoped for.
