Weed control · Commercial

Beds and hard surfaces kept clean, safely and to label.

Targeted weeding and selective spraying across garden beds, paths, car parks and fence lines. Applied to label rate by trained operators, recorded on every visit, and never sprayed before forecast rain.

Manual where it matters, chemical where it works.

Spraying everything is cheap and lazy, and it eventually kills the plants you are paying us to keep. Most sites need a mix, decided bed by bed.

Garden beds

  • Hand weeding close to desirable plantings
  • Selective spot spraying where safe to do so
  • Mulch maintained to depth to suppress regrowth
  • Root systems removed rather than tops knocked off

Paths and hard surfaces

  • Cracks, joints and kerb lines treated
  • Knockdown applied to label rate
  • Repeat treatment timed to the germination cycle
  • Surfaces blown down after treatment

Fence lines and margins

  • Boundaries, fence lines and service corridors kept clear
  • Access maintained for trades and inspections
  • Woody regrowth cut and treated at the stump
  • Native vegetation protected and worked around

Chemical handling

Every application is recorded, because eventually someone will ask.

Chemicals are applied strictly in accordance with the label and the safety data sheet, by operators with documented competency. Application is avoided in wind or ahead of forecast rain, both because it does not work and because run-off is not your problem to inherit.

Product, quantity and treated area are recorded for each visit and reported with the photo log. If a resident or tenant raises a concern about spraying, you have a written record rather than a recollection.

Questions

About weed control.

Is spraying safe around residents and pets?

Applied to label directions, with treated areas managed while wet. On residential and childcare sites we lean heavily on manual weeding and spot treatment instead.

How long until weeds come back?

Depends on the weed and the season. Most sites settle into a manageable cycle after two or three visits once seed banks are knocked down and mulch is at depth.

Do you use glyphosate?

Where appropriate and permitted, applied selectively and to label rate. On sensitive sites we can work to a reduced-chemical or manual-only programme if that is your preference.

Can you treat weeds in the lawn?

Yes. Broadleaf weeds in turf are treated selectively so the grass is not damaged, timed to the growth cycle rather than sprayed on sight.

What about weeds in pavers and cracks?

Treated as part of the standard hard-surface scope, with repeat applications scheduled to match germination rather than waiting for complaints.

Do you provide records of what was applied?

Yes, with the photo log for each visit, including product, rate and area treated.
