What areas do you service?
Caloundra through to Noosa, including Kawana, Birtinya, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Mountain Creek, Coolum and Peregian, plus the hinterland.
Do you take on residential work?
Our work is commercial, body corporate and managed property. We are not set up for one-off residential mowing, and we would rather say so than take the job and disappoint you.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of a signed scope, sooner if the site fits an existing run. Mobilisation includes documentation and inductions, which we complete before the first visit.
What does it cost?
Priced per site from an actual inspection, not from an area estimate. Fixed monthly invoicing across 26 visits a year, with additional works quoted separately.
Do you provide insurance and safety documents?
Yes, before mobilisation. $20m public liability, WorkCover, a documented WHS management plan and task-specific SWMS.
Can you take over from our current contractor?
Frequently. Most takeovers need one catch-up visit to bring the site to standard, quoted separately, then the normal cycle begins.
