Why this page exists
Most contractors this size cannot produce any of it.
Agencies and strata managers increasingly need contractor documentation on file before engagement. It is the point where a lot of small operators quietly drop out of the running. Ours is current, complete and issued on request the same day.
Work health and safety
A documented OH&S Management Plan aligned to AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018, covering hazard identification, risk assessment, worker consultation, training, inspection and continual improvement.
Safe work method statements
Task and plant-specific SWMS with worker sign-off — garden maintenance, working at height, chemical use, power tools, vehicle loading, mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, pressure cleaners and ladders.
Hazard and incident management
Pre-start hazard identification at every new site, a five-by-five risk matrix with stop-work authority, and documented incident, injury and near-miss reporting with corrective actions tracked to completion.
Environmental and noise
Battery-powered plant across most of the fleet, green waste to licensed facilities, controlled chemical handling and storage, sediment and run-off control, and works scheduled around noise-sensitive hours.
Quality assurance
A written scope of works per site, an end-of-job checklist signed before leaving, photo-logged visits issued to the managing agent, and defects reported in writing on the day.
Employment and conduct
Written casual employment contracts under MA000101, documented induction and a training matrix, superannuation and WorkCover maintained, and an equal employment opportunity policy.
Document register
Sixteen documents, all current, all available on request.
Every item is reviewed annually or on change. Certificates are reissued to clients automatically on renewal rather than waiting to be chased.

Scope limits
What we will not quote, and why.
We would rather tell you a job is outside our cover than take it and hope. Where work falls outside our policy or competence, we arrange a properly insured specialist, manage the engagement and provide their certificate of currency before they start.
Tree work above 3.5 metres
Our public liability policy excludes felling and lopping above 3.5 metres, and our scope of works caps pruning at 3 metres. Elevated work is subcontracted to a certified arborist and managed by us.
Underground services
Before any excavation, deep aeration, staking or ground-penetrating work, services are checked through Dial Before You Dig and the advice recorded in writing on the pre-start form.
Construction and structures
We do not undertake construction, alteration or erection of buildings. Scope is limited to grounds maintenance, soft landscaping and directly associated works.
